El Alfabeto/ The Alphabet
Listen to the sound of each letter of the alphabet http://www.spanishspanish.com/alfabeto_ipower.html
http://www.bme.es/peques/cucharita.html

Pronunciation Tip:
The Spanish vowels always maintain the same sound no matter where they are.  The “A” always sounds like the “A” in the word ‘water’.  The “E” always sounds like the first “E” in the word ‘entire’.  The “I” always sounds like our long “E” as in “Egypt”.  The “O” is like the “O” in ‘Oh’ only cut short.  Finally, the “U” is just like the oooo sound in ‘booo’.

The “ll” sounds like a “y”.  The “J” is like an “H”.  And the “H” is always silent.
